January 2022

Hello From Sage Living!

We are starting off the New Year with our second monthly newsletter created to keep our Tenants up to date on important news for the month of January.

Before we jump in, we wanted to take a moment to wish all of our Tenants a Happy New Year! It is an honour to be your top choice in Waterloo rentals and we look forward to another year of serving you.

Keep reading below to stay informed and up to date on our seasonal programming and scheduled improvements.

2. Winter Maintenance of Common Elements

Using the RentCafe Portal

If you haven’t yet created your RentCafé account, here is the sign you’ve been waiting for to get started!

The RentCafé tenant portal will allow you to access to complete payments online, set up pre-authorized payments, create maintenance requests, and more.

Given the precautions our office is taking to protect the community from COVID-19, we are only serving one client in the office at a time.

If you have ever been on Spruce Street during a cold and windy winter day, you know how bad the weather can get.

Please, don’t freeze! Click the link button below to sign up for RentCafé using the name and email address listed on your lease to make payments from the comfort of your suite.

Winter Maintenance of Common Elements

So far this year we have had a pretty mild winter. As much as we would like to say it will stay that way, the coming month will likely bring lots of snow.

We offer another friendly reminder to give yourself extra time for travel during the winter months. If you rent an underground parking space, please be mindful to approach the ramp with caution and give yourself enough time to stop before reaching the garage door.

While Sage Living does not manage the maintenance of common elements, we would like to hear from you if you do not feel satisfied with the snow removal/salting services provided.

The safety of our Tenants is our top priority. Please click the link below to submit a Tenant request should you have any concerns related to the maintenance of your property.
