Alwington Communities – Condominium Corporation
Alwington Communities, the Condominium Corporation for your location, have sent email communication to all residents regarding their secure online portal.
If you have yet to review this email and complete your registration, please take this as a friendly reminder to do so! Important notices will be communicated through this portal, and as a resident, you also will have the ability to submit service requests.
We understand that some Sage Living tenants are not familiar with the role of Alwington Communities. As the Condominium Corporation, Alwington is responsible for common element maintenance such as regular cleaning, snow removal. In short, Sage Living is here to assist with every item within your suite, and Alwington Is responsible for anything outside of your suite. Please refrain from contacting Alwington directly for items related to the inside of your suite.
Amenity Spaces
We are happy to announce that Alwington Communities, the Condominium Corporation, has recently opened the amenity spaces at your location!
To ensure the safety of residents, regular cleaning and sanitization of amenity spaces will be completed daily between 9:00-10:00 AM, and again from 1:00-2:00 PM. Please note that amenity spaces will be closed during these times.
If you plan to take advantage of the amenity spaces, please be mindful of the restrictions put in place by the Condominium Corporation. Notices will be posted in common spaces as reminders of the same.
