Hello and welcome to Sage Living Management Inc.
Our team is very excited to welcome you and your new Tenant to our management portfolio. We understand you may have a lot of questions about your suite, rentals, and much more.
For now, we want to begin with the basics and finish up some paperwork. Below you will find three simple steps to complete the paperwork and also contact our office for additional questions.
Note - our office doesn’t have specific information on the construction of the condo or items relating directly with the sale of your condo including finances.
Our team focuses only on the rental and management of your completed condo, and we would be happy to explain these specifics with you if needed.

Congratulations, You’re an Owner within Kingston’s newest and best condos!
We’ve already started renting suites and we require your completed management agreement for our office to fulfill services.

Things to Complete
We will need to receive the entire agreement with all pages, but here are some of the more important pages which require your completion. (Please do not use these exact pages below to complete the agreement, these are provided as examples only)
Page 1: (See Below)
1. Complete the top line with the date you are completing this agreement
2. Please print the name of the Owner
3. Include the Unit Address with your specific unit number

1. Complete top lines with the same date as a Page 1
2. Please fill in the lines on the right hand side only. Our office will complete the left hand side.
- The legal Owner name printed beside ‘(Owner)’
- Owner’s signature beside “By”
- Printed Name beside “Name”
- Preferred title beside “Title Owner”
3. Please complete the Owner Contact Information. This will be the primary way our office communicates with the Owner during the agreement term. It is important this information remains up to date during the agreement term.

1. Please complete this portion of the agreement only if you have purchased a parking spot. Your actual parking spot number may not be assigned until the closing date.

1. Please complete this form only if you have other relatives, agents, or representatives you wish to include within messaging between our office and yourself. Individuals on this form would be understood not as Owners of the unit, but still able to provide instruction relating to the management of the unit.
